NOTE - Persons showing up at the doors INEBRIATED or appearing so, will NOT be admitted to the theatre event and NO REFUND will be issued.
All persons, purses or other accessories are subject to a search prior to entrance onto the theatre premises. You may go through a metal detector. ***ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY SUBSTANCE ALLOWED IN THE THEATRE
1-NO Refunds on Tickets: (exceptions following) EVENT CANCELLATION: If the Granada Theatre CANCELS the event with no event postponement notification, a full refund, including handling fees, will be issued to the method of payment. EVENT POSTPONEMENT: If the event is postponed, tickets will be transferred to the new event date. Refunds for the original event date are at the sole discretion of the Granada Theatre. The ticket handling fees will NOT be refunded.
2- Choosing seat locations- For reserved seating events, you cannot select your specific seat when purchasing tickets on this website. Purchase your ticket in the price and area in which you want to sit. When notification is received by us, you will be assigned on a first come first serve basis the best possible seats available in that area. You may call us at 815.993.6585 to select your specific seats.
3- Ticket Handling Fee- There are handling fees & historic preservation fees associated with purchasing tickets whether purchased on line, over the phone or in person. There is a $5/ticket handling fee per ticket included in all ticket prices on this website. There is not a separate fee charged. Please see Refund Policy above with respect to handling fees.
4- On-Line or Phone Tickets Sales- Tickets may be purchased on each event page or over the phone @ 815-993-6585. Your digital receipt is as good as your ticket. Save it on your phone or print it. The event ticket will be given to you at the door upon check-in.
5- Special Needs ADA- If you or someone in your party is in a wheelchair or has other special needs, we will do our best to accommodate, given seat or area availability. Please call 815.993.6585 to address this opportunity.
6- Day Of Concert Status- It is your responsibility to check on the status of concerts. If the Granada Theatre must cancel or postpone an event for any reason, we will attempt to contact ticket holders with the information you have provided us. Always check our website www.granadatheatrethedalles.com to verify the event status prior to travel.
