You CANNOT select your seats when buying tickets on this website. You CAN leave a message at checkout with seating preferences or call 815-993-6585 after you buy to choose your seats. Otherwise, seats are assigned in the order in which sales are received whether purchased online, over the phone or in person. If you require ADA seating, please call for tickets. The Granada Theatre is wheelchair accessible and proud to accommodate all special needs. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO PURCHASE TICKETS

SECURITY SAFETY is our #1 priority so all persons will pass through a security check area. No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises. And yes, GUM is considered a weapon. Every event is staffed with security personnel that are present to assist you and insure a safe and fun time for all.
How to BUY TICKETS on this website:
Click the "Buy Now" button in the Purchase tickets now box for the concert you want to attend. You will be directed from our secure site to a secure PayPal window where you fill out your credit card information or pay with your PayPal account. You can purchase one or multiple numbers of tickets in this window. A PayPal account is not required to buy tickets. After your purchase reaches us, you will receive a ticket confirmation from firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours which will contain details regarding the event and your specific ticket purchase. Tickets purchased within 72 hours of the event will receive this confirmation email as well. Online sales day of event will not be available. Phone orders are accepted day of event and at the door as long as the event is not sold out. The confirmation email is as good as your ticket(s). Your Tickets will be waiting for you at the door UNDER YOUR NAME.
